he growth of the Whitinsville Massachusetts office – which is now the top-selling real estate office in The Blackstone Valley – has mirrored the rapid growth of ERA Key Realty Services as a whole in recent years.

As recently as 1999, the office had four agents in a few hundred square feet at One Plummer's Corner. That year the office moved to 55 Church St., where it had 3,000 square feet of space for more than 20 agents.

ERA Key outgrew 55 Church St. by 2004 and moved to its current location at the former Pythian building, 76 Church St., where it has 42 agents in 6,000 square feet.

At the same time, ERA Key moved its corporate offices to 1,800 square feet on the second floor of the building.  ERA Key preserved the historic aspects of the building, which features an open central staircase and wooden accents throughout.  The location is central location to ERA Key’s offices throughout southern Worcester County.

Office Manager Maureen Benoit

Maureen Benoit, a resident of Whitinsville, was named Office Manager in 2003 and since then has seen her office nearly double in size.

She joined ERA Key in 1997 as an assistant to Vice President Cheryl A.W. Eidinger-Taylor.  Before joining ERA Key, she was in charge of ordering and controlling inventory at Hill Food Service in Milford.  She also worked as a property and casualty insurance broker.  She attended Milford schools.

“Maureen has earned the responsibility of managing the Whitinsville office,” Eidinger-Taylor said at the time.  “She has shown a commitment to ERA Key, and has always worked hard and with pride in her job.  She truly cares about the success of the agents here and she has been a tremendous help to me for the past six years.
